Age Policy for Workshops

At Ollie Pop Craft Shop, we strive to provide a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all workshop attendees. To maintain an optimal environment for crafting and learning, we have implemented the following age policy:

Age Requirement: Our regular workshops and open studio are designed for individuals aged 16 and above. We do not permit anyone under the age of 16 to attend these workshops or open studio.

Registered Attendees with Children: If a registered attendee brings a child under the age of 16 to a workshop or open studio, they will be politely asked to leave. This policy ensures that all attendees can fully engage in the workshop or open studio without any distractions.

Special Events for Children: We understand the importance of nurturing creativity in children, which is why we offer special events and workshops specifically catered to those under the age of 16. These age-appropriate events provide a safe and welcoming space for young crafters to explore their artistic talents under the guidance of our Creative Consultants.

We appreciate your understanding and adherence to our age policy. It allows us to create a suitable environment for everyone to enjoy the unique and inspiring workshops that Ollie Pop Craft Shop has to offer.

Workshop Refund Policy

At Ollie Pop Craft Shop, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, leading to the need for cancellation. However, due to the personalized nature of our workshops, we have implemented the following cancellation policy to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants:

Non-Refundable Payments: Please note that payments for workshops are non-refundable. This is because each workshop is customized, and resources are allocated based on your registration and project selection.

Voucher for Future Event: If you need to cancel your attendance, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 72 hours prior to the workshop. In such cases, we will provide you with a voucher for a future event, allowing you to participate in another workshop of your choice within 6 months of the original workshop date.

Event Cancellation: Ollie Pop Craft Shop reserves the right to cancel a workshop if there are four or fewer attendees registered. In this situation, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide you with a voucher to attend a future event or, at your discretion, issue a full refund.

Late Cancellation: If you cancel your attendance within 72 hours of the workshop, we regret that we will be unable to provide a voucher or refund due to the customization and allocation of resources for the workshop.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. It enables us to maintain the high-quality, personalized workshops that our customers love and expect.

Refund Policy for Open Studio Hours:

At Ollie Pop Craft Shop, we strive to provide an exceptional crafting experience during our Open Studio Hours. Please review our refund policy for these sessions:

1. No Refunds or Credit: We regret to inform you that we do not offer refunds or credit for future dates on our Open Studio Hours. Once a purchase is made, it is considered final.

2. Forfeiture of Unused Hours: Any unused hours within the alotted time frame will be forfeited. We encourage attendees to make the most of their crafting session and take advantage of the entire duration purchased.

We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent attendance or fully utilizing the purchased hours. However, due to the nature of Open Studio Hours and limited availability, we are unable to offer refunds or credit for unused time.

Product Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping fees will apply.

Private Party Cancellation Policy

At Ollie Pop Craft Shop, we understand the importance of providing a memorable experience for our private party guests. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable event, we have established the following cancellation policy for private parties:

Deposit Requirement: A deposit is required to secure your booking for all private parties. This deposit helps us allocate resources, materials, and staff to create a personalized experience for your event.

Minimum Attendee Requirement: All private parties will have a minimum attendee requirement. Once this minimum attendee count is met, the deposit will be returned to the initial payment method used during booking.

Cancellation and Forfeiture of Deposit: If a private party is cancelled, the deposit will be forfeited. This policy is in place due to the time and effort spent in planning and customizing the event, as well as the materials and resources reserved for the party.

Customizations and Participant Information: To ensure a successful event, all customizations and participant registrations for the private party must be completed at least 72 hours prior to the event. This allows our team ample time to prepare materials, decorations, and personalized projects for your guests.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our private party cancellation policy. It enables us to deliver the exceptional and memorable experiences for our guests.

Consent for Media Usage

By attending events, workshops, and activities at Ollie Pop Craft Shop, you hereby grant Ollie Pop Craft Shop, its representatives, and employees the right to take photographs, videos, and record audio of you and your property in connection with the event or activity. You authorize Ollie Pop Craft Shop, its assignees, and transferees to copyright, use, and publish these media in print and/or electronically.

You agree that Ollie Pop Craft Shop may use such media with or without your name and for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to publicity, illustration, advertising, social media, and web content.

By participating in Ollie Pop Craft Shop events and activities, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this consent and release, and you agree to its terms and conditions. If you do not wish to be included in any media captured during the event or activity, please inform a staff member or the event organizer prior to or at the beginning of the event.

If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian's consent is required.

Safety Waiver

By participating in Ollie Pop Craft Shop's DIY workshops and/or open studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding safety:

Assumption of Risk: You understand that DIY workshops and open studio involve the use of tools, materials, and equipment that may pose a risk of injury or damage. You voluntarily assume all risks, both known and unknown, related to your participation in any workshop and/or open studio session, and you agree to take necessary precautions to ensure your safety and the safety of others.

Release of Liability: You release Ollie Pop Craft Shop, its employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or your property as a result of your participation in any workshop and/or open studio session, whether caused by the negligence of Ollie Pop Craft Shop or otherwise.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ollie Pop Craft Shop, its employees, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in any workshop and/or open studio session.

Compliance with Safety Instructions: You agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by Ollie Pop Craft Shop staff during any workshop and/or open studio session. You understand that failure to comply with these instructions may result in your removal from the workshop without refund.

Medical Treatment: You grant permission to Ollie Pop Craft Shop, its employees, representatives, and agents to provide or arrange for any medical treatment deemed necessary for you as a result of your participation in any workshop and/or open studio session. You agree to be financially responsible for the cost of any such medical treatment.

By participating in Ollie Pop Craft Shop's DIY workshops and/or open studio sessions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms and conditions of this safety waiver. If the participant is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian's consent to this safety waiver is required.

Alcohol Use Disclosure and Waiver

By attending events and workshops at Ollie Pop Craft Shop where alcohol is served, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions regarding alcohol consumption:

Age Requirement: You confirm that you are of legal drinking age (21 years or older in the United States) and are allowed to consume alcoholic beverages. You agree to provide valid identification upon request to verify your age.

Responsible Consumption: You agree to consume alcoholic beverages responsibly and in moderation. You understand that excessive consumption of alcohol can lead to impairments in judgment, coordination, and other risks. You are responsible for your actions and behavior while under the influence of alcohol.

Release of Liability: You release Ollie Pop Craft Shop, its employees, representatives, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or your property as a result of your consumption of alcohol during events and workshops, whether caused by the negligence of Ollie Pop Craft Shop or otherwise.

Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ollie Pop Craft Shop, its employees, representatives, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your consumption of alcohol during events and workshops.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations: You agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances related to the consumption of alcohol, including not providing alcohol to minors, not consuming alcohol if you are intoxicated, and not driving under the influence of alcohol.

Right to Refuse Service: Ollie Pop Craft Shop reserves the right to refuse service of alcoholic beverages to any attendee who appears intoxicated or whose behavior is disruptive or poses a risk to themselves or others. In such cases, Ollie Pop Craft Shop may require the attendee to leave the premises without refund.

By attending events and workshops at Ollie Pop Craft Shop where alcohol is served, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to the terms and conditions of this alcohol use disclosure and waiver.
